Description:

 Our tender Steak is marinated in our DELICIOUS carne asada marinade, then grilled or broiled, sliced and served in corn tortillas with salsa, sauteed onions, DAIYA VEGAN CHEESE, shredded red and green cabbage, avocado, and our  CASHEW chipotle crema!  A complete meal that is ready in 15 minutes!   Cabbage, avocado and crema best if not frozen.

 

Cooking Instructions

Thaw Completely. Drain marinade from meat/onions.  Heat 1/2 Tbls oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Saute steak in skillet for 7-8 min, or until cooked through.  Add beans/rice & heat until warmed through- 3-4 min. Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm.  Serve meat/beans/rice in tortillas and top with cheese and salsa.  HC Points-,  7.5, based on 2.5 servings for half, 5 for full.
