Thaw Completely. Drain marinade from meat/onions. Heat 1/2 Tbls oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Saute steak or chicken in skillet for 7-8 min, or until cooked through. Add beans/rice & heat until warmed through- 3-4 min. Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm. Serve meat/beans/rice in tortillas and top with cheese and salsa. Vegetarian- heat beans, rice, & onions in a skillet for 7-9 min, until warm, serve in tortillas and top with cheese and salsa.
