Thaw Completely. . Grill: Preheat grill. With grill on medium grill flank steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Stove-top: Heat skillet on medium/high heat. Cook steak for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Sauce- Heat 1/2 Tbls oil in a small skillet or saucepan on medium heat. Pour bag of pears/onions in skillet, saute 6 min. Remove from pan and pour bag of balsamic vinegar/wine into pan. Simmer for 8-10 min, until reduced by almost half. Add pears/onions back to sauce. Scalloped Potatoes: Preheat oven to 375d. Drain potatoes and pour into a small baking dish for half size, 8 x 8 baking dish for a full size. Add bag of half & half/cheese bag. Mix around.
