Description:

Flakey wild wahoo is seasoned and grilled or baked, topped with tomato salsa, and served with our cashew chipotle crema, Avocado and shredded cabbage!  Wrap them up in the provided Paleo friendly coconut tortillas for a mexican feast the whole family will love!

 

Cooking Instructions

Thaw Completely. Heat 1 Tbls oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Take the fish/shrimp, one piece at a time and dip it in the flour mixture. Saute fish in skillet for 8-11min, Shrimp for 5-6 min, or until fish flakes easily with a fork or shrimp are no longer clear/opaque. Add black beans and heat until warmed through- 3-4 min. Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm.  Serve fish/shrimp and beans in tortillas and top with chipotle crema and salsa.  Serving suggestion- add cabbage and avocado or guacamole.
