PALEO FRIENDLY. A gourmet chicken dish that is easy to make, yet elegant in flavor. Free-Range, hormone free boneless, skinless chicken breasts are sauteed in a white wine and garlic sauce with capers, grass fed butter, and a touch of lemon. Comes with a side of baby artichokes and fresh sautéed spinach and kale.
Ingredients- chicken breasts, white wine, garlic, capers, Paleo friendly chicken stock, grass fed butter, lemon juice, tapioca flour. Artichokes, kale and fresh spinach.
Thaw Completely. One at a time, put a chicken breast in the bag of flour and gently shake until chicken is coated. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5 min on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and keep warm. In the same pan, pour bag of sauce in. Simmer on high for 3 minutes, until sauce is slightly thick, making sure to scrape the pan to get the browned bits incorporated in the sauce. Pasta- cook 8-10 min in boiling water. Drain. Serve chicken over pasta.
