Description:

This is such a fantastic and easy meal!  The Mahi is marinated in a light sauce of lemon, olive oil, garlic parsley, basil and lemon pepper, then cooks in packets of foil for a no mess meal (of you can just bake it).  Serve with the side of lemon parmesan broccoli and mashed potatoes!
