Pot pies are perfect for week night supper,  but can be a little heavy and not so healthy!  We've managed to keep all the flavor and make it substantially healthier!  Imagine tender sweet carrots, peas, potatoes, vegetable stock, a little butter and white wine all topped with delicious buttermilk biscuits!  Bakes in the oven for hearty and delicious meal!!
