Pot pies are perfect for a week night supper, but can be a little heavy and not so healthy!  We've managed to keep all the flavor and make it substantially healthier!  Imagine roasted chicken breast pieces, carrots, peas, potatoes, chicken stock, a little butter and white wine all topped with gluten free buttermilk biscuits!  Bakes in the oven for hearty and delicious meal!!
