Tender chicken breasts are grilled or broiled with a mild herb/pepper crust, then while it's still cooking, you will melt goat cheese on top so it gets infused into the chicken.  You will top the whole delicious thing off with a homemade roasted red pepper and ancho chile salsa (medium spice).  You will love this fabulous meal!  You will serve this with the included gouda mashed potatoes- these are always a HUGE hit!
