Thaw meat completely. Let meat sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking. Blue Cheese Butter- work butter and cheese together between your fingers in the bag until mixed. Grill: Preheat grill to med/high heat. Put steak on grill and grill for 4-6 min each side for medium doneness. Stove-top: Heat skillet on med/high heat. Cook steak 5-6 min each side, or until desired doneness. Remove steaks, top with butter and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Cut against the grain to serve. Asparagus (if ordered)- Preheat oven to 400d. Put asparagus/cheese in an ovenproof container and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the asparagus is hot throughout.
