Great for summer grilling or a quick weeknight meal you can throw in the oven and have ready in 20 min!  Honey, dijon mustard, soy sauce, ginger and a touch of sucanat (dried cane juice) are simmered together and glaze the salmon you can either grill or toss under the broiler.  Serve with a medley of sautéed veggies; green beans, carrots, red bell peppers, onions.
