Great for summer grilling or a quick weeknight meal you can throw in the oven and have ready in 20 min!  Honey, dijon mustard, soy sauce, ginger and a touch of sucanat (dried cane juice) are simmered together and glaze the salmon you can either grill or toss under the broiler.  Serve with the medley of sauteed green beans, carrots, bell peppers, and onions.
