Ingredients- Prime flat iron steak, red wine vinegar, steak seasoning, paprika, garlic, cannelini beans, bay leaf, garlic, optional salt.
Flavorful Flank Steak over White Bean Mash
Drain Marinade. Grill: Preheat grill. With grill on medium grill flank steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Stove-top: Heat skillet on medium/high heat. Cook steak for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Serve. Beans: Heat 1 Tbls oil in a skillet over med heat. Add contents of bean bag.
