An Indian curry with a Thai influence....but you won't care where this curry comes from after you taste it! Coconut milk and fresh mango are blended together along with a blend of Indian spices, a touch of coconut milk creamer and tomato puree. Simmer the chickpeas in the curry sauce along with spinach and green beans. Serve over the included brown rice. Can make mild or spicy.
