OUR MOST POPULAR STEAK DISH!  VEGETABLES SHOULD NOT BE FROZEN. Melt in your mouth steak is grilled or broiled with a mild herb/pepper crust.  You will top the whole delicious steak off with a homemade roasted red pepper and ancho chile salsa (you control the heat).   Serve with the included fresh vegetable kabobs- lemon herb marinated zucchini, summer squash, onions and mushrooms!
