Cooking InstructionsChicken Tortilla Soup
Thaw completely. Stove-Top- Heat 1 Tbls oil in a Medium stockpot and add contents of chicken bag. Saute 5 min, stirring. Add contents of chicken stock bag and bring to a boil, then simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes. Slow-Cooker: Put contents of both bags into cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Top soup with included cheese and crushed tortilla chips. HC Points- 6pts
