Now with optional spinach!  We will add spinach unless specified otherwise.  A delicious combination of gouda and mozzarella cheeses and black beans get wrapped up in organic corn tortillas and topped with our zesty enchilada sauce and more gouda cheese!  Absolutely delicious! 

Cooking Instructions

Gouda, Black Bean and
Chicken/Vegetarian Enchiladas
Thaw completely.  Oven- preheat oven to 350.  Cook covered enchiladas for 15 minutes for half, 20 minutes for full serve.  Remove cover and cook for another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.  Serving Suggestion: Side Salad, lemon parmesan asparagus.
