Description:

Now with spinach!  We will add spinach unless specified not to.  A delicious combination of gouda and mozzarella cheese, black beans and roasted chicken breast pieces get wrapped up in organic corn tortillas and topped with our zesty enchilada sauce and more gouda cheese!  Absolutely delicious!

Ingredients- tortillas- whole wheat or brown rice, chicken breasts, gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, black beans, enchilada sauce, black olives (optional).

Cooking Instructions

Gouda, Black Bean and
Chicken/Vegetarian Enchiladas
Thaw completely.  Oven- preheat oven to 350.  Cook covered enchiladas for 15 minutes for half, 20 minutes for full serve.  Remove cover and cook for another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.  Serving Suggestion: Side Salad, lemon parmesan asparagus.
