 An Indian curry with a Thai influence....but you won't care where this curry comes from after you taste it!  Coconut milk and fresh mango are blended together along with a blend of Indian spices and a touch of half & half and tomato puree.  Simmer the diced chicken breast in the curry sauce along with spinach and cauliflower.  Serve over the included brown rice.  COCONUT CREAMER REPLACES THE HALF AND HALF DAIRY.
