Description:

 An Indian curry with a Thai influence....but you won't care where this curry comes from after you taste it!  Coconut milk and fresh mango are blended together along with a blend of Indian spices.  Simmer the chickpeas in the curry sauce along with spinach, onions and cauliflower.  Serve over the included brown rice.  Can make mild or spicy. COCONUT CREAMER REPLACES HALF AND HALF IN THIS MEAL
