Medium Spice Level. Chicken breasts are simmered in a blend of mild spices, shredded and folded into corn tortillas along with a very light creamy sauce and cheddar cheese. Cover these decadent delights with enchilada sauce and a touch more cheese and throw in the oven! Easy as can be!
