This is such a classic and delicious dish from Argentina and so easy to make. The prime grass fed flat iron steak will marinate in our chimichurri sauce made in-house with fresh italian parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, red wine vinegar and a dash of red chili flakes (very mild) to tenderlize it, then gets grilled or pan-fried and served with more chimichurri sauce! Serve with the included roasted corn in smoked paprika butter sauce. This is the best way we have eaten corn! Smoked paprika, a touch of sucanat and lime juice and a dollop of butter bake together with the organic corn for a delicious, easy and elegant side dish!
