This is such a classic and delicious dish from Argentina and so easy to make.  The prime flat iron steak will marinate in our chimichurri sauce made in-house with fresh italian parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, red wine vinegar and a dash of red chili flakes (very mild) to tenderlize it, then gets grilled or pan-fried and served with more chimichurri sauce!  Serve with the included mashed potatoes and a side of green beans!!
