This was SO popular last time we had it on the menu! This is a truly unique, healthy and extremely tasty dish that the whole family will love. Spaghetti squash is layered with a freshly made spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, spinach and ground turkey then topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese! No one can even tell it's spaghetti squash but it makes for an incredibly flavorful meal!

Cooking InstructionsSpaghetti Squash Lasagna
Defrost completely. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put covered lasagna in oven for 20 minutes (half serve) 25 min (full). Take cover off and cook for 10 minutes more.
