Description:

Half Serves 4 or more.  Great for the hoildays!!  Breakfast for dinner maybe?  It doesn't get easier than this whether it's for a dinner or brunch treat!  A delicious blend of hash browns, chicken breakfast sausage, jack, cheddar, pepper jack, roasted red peppers and free-range, organic eggs get baked in the oven to leave you with a satisfying and healthy breakfast!  High in protein, this breakfast bake is a great thing to wake up to on a weekend morning!

Ingredients (90% organic): Hash Browns from whole potatoes, eggs, egg whites, chicken breakfast sausage, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, roasted red peppers, 1% milk, shallots, and optional salt and pepper.

Cooking Instructions


Thaw Completely. Preheat oven to 350d.  Remove bag with egg mixture and with a fork, lightly wisk inside bag to mix ingredients. Remove plastic wrap from pan. Pour egg mixture oven the hash brown and cheese mixture in pan.  Leave pan uncovered and cook for 35 minutes (for Half Serve)  50-60 minutes (for Full Serve), or until the eggs are set and golden brown.  Serving Suggestion:  Banana Bread or whole grain toast.
