Description:

Flakey wild wahoo is seasoned and grilled or baked with black beans, tomato salsa, roasted corn and served with our chipotle crema, mexi cheese blend, and shredded cabbage!  Wrap them up in the provided corn tortillas for a mexican feast the whole family will love!

Cooking Instructions

Thaw Completely. Heat 1 Tbls oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Take the fish/shrimp, one piece at a time and dip it in the flour mixture. Saute fish in skillet for 8-11min, Shrimp for 5-6 min, or until fish flakes easily with a fork or shrimp are no longer clear/opaque. Add black beans and heat until warmed through- 3-4 min. Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm.  Serve fish/shrimp and beans in tortillas and top with chipotle crema and salsa.  Serving suggestion- add cabbage and avocado or guacamole.
