Our vegan chipotle crema is made from cashew nuts and blended with chipotle, lemon and other spices.
Thaw Completely. Heat 1 Tbls oil in a skillet over med/high heat. Take the fish/shrimp, one piece at a time and dip it in the flour mixture. Saute fish in skillet for 8-11min, Shrimp for 5-6 min, or until fish flakes easily with a fork or shrimp are no longer clear/opaque. Add black beans and heat until warmed through- 3-4 min. Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm. Serve fish/shrimp and beans in tortillas and top with chipotle crema and salsa. Serving suggestion- add cabbage and avocado or guacamole.
