A tasty, hearty and healthy vegetarian dish!  A mix of lentils, zucchini, brown rice, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese baked together for a delicious meal good enough to serve to company!  Top with a balsamic glaze that kicks it up a notch but still keeps it kid friendly. Comes with a small side of mashed potatoes.
