A vegetarian version of our famous tikka masala!  A favorite in Indian restaurants, tikka masala is a very mild, creamy curry that appeals to just about everyone!  Our chickpeas gets marinated in yogurt and tikka spices, then cooked in a sauce of tomato sauce, half & half, cumin and paprika- absolutely delicious! Serve over the brown rice included.

Ingredients- organic milk, organic buttermilk, low-fat yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, cumin, tomato sauce, cream, butter, paprika, jalapeno, garam masala, cinnamon, ginger and garlic.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw Completely. Heat 1 Tbls oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat.  Drain marinade from chicken or paneer.   Cook chicken or Paneer for 5 min, until chicken/paneer is mostly cooked through. Add tomato sauce mixture to pan and cook on medium heat for 10 min, until chicken is cooked through (or Paneer is warmed through) and sauce is thickened.  Add half & half and desired amount of jalapenos to tomato mixture.  Simmer on med heat for 5 more min. Brown Rice- heat in microwave or in a skillet until warmed through
