Similar to our beloved Sausage and Egg breakfast bake but a little more savory. Great for Mother's Day! Organic hash browns are layered with shredded vegan cheese-, green onions, spinach, tomatoes, Rice or Hemp milk, and eggs are baked in the oven. Comes in a pan so there is no clean up!
Nutritionals are based on 4 servings for a half, 8 for a full.
Thaw Completely. Preheat oven to 400d. Remove bag with egg mixture and with a fork, lightly wisk inside bag to mix ingredients. Remove plastic wrap from pan. Pour egg mixture oven the hash brown and cheese mixture in pan. Leave pan uncovered and cook for 30 minutes (for Half Serve) 45 minutes (for Full Serve), turn oven down to 375d and cook another 5-15min, or until the eggs are set and golden brown. Let cool 10 min to slice.
