We make our gumbo lightened up and healthy of course!!! Featuring chicken sausage, shrimp, celery, onions and louisiana cajun spices, this gumbo is hearty and filling and is a family favorite. You control the level of spice. Cook in a slow cooker or stove-top. Serve over the brown rice provided.

Thaw Completely. Stove Top: In a large stock pot, add contents of large bag with sausage/celery. Cook on med/high for 20 min. Add Shrimp/bell pepper bag. Cook for 10 more min. Slow Cooker: Pour contents of sausage bag into cooker. Cook on high for 3 hrs, low for 6hrs. Add Shrimp bag, cook for 20 more min, until shrimp cooked through. Great over Brown Rice.
