We make our gumbo lightened up and healthy of course!!!  Featuring vegetarian spicy sausage, OPTIONAL shrimp, celery, onions and louisiana cajun spices, this gumbo is hearty and filling and is a family favorite.  You control the level of spice.  Cook in a slow cooker or stove-top.  Serve over the brown rice included.
