Description:

This is such a classic and delicious dish from Argentina and so easy to make.  The chicken breasts will marinate in our chimichurri sauce made in-house with fresh italian parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, red wine vinegar and a dash of red chili flakes (very mild) to tenderlize it, then gets grilled or pan-fried and served with more chimichurri sauce!  Serve with the included roasted corn in smoked paprika margarine or olive oil sauce. This is the best way we have eaten corn! Smoked paprika, a touch of sucanat and lime juice and a dollop of butter bake together with the organic corn for a delicious, easy and elegant side dish!

EARTH BALANCE MARGARINE WILL REPLACE BUTTER IN THIS MEAL.
