Sweet and Tangy Glazed LENTIL Meatloaf w/ Mashed Potatoes

Description:

 Our mealoaves are SO popular, tasty and easy!  Take cooked red lentils, brown rice, shredded zucchini, a dash of ginger, parmesan and swiss cheese and breadcrumbs are mixed together and topped with a sweet and tangy glaze made from ketchup, sucanat and a dash of worcheshire.  Already in a pan so all you have to do is throw it in the oven alongside the included mashed potatoes!

 

Cooking Instructions

Bold and Saucy or Sweet and Tangy Meatloaf-
Turkey or Beef
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350d.  Cook meatloaf/meatloaves uncovered for 40-45 min, or until fully cooked through. Check periodically and if top starts to burn, put cover back on.
