A delicious and healthy chinese dish that would rival any chinese restaurant!  The shrimp is coated with arrowroot (similar to cornstarch), then quickly stir-fried, added to the sweet, zesty orange sauce and simmered with snap-peas and carrots.  Serve over the included brown rice.
