 A traditional lasagna with a healthy twist. We stir fry a seasoned vegetable blend- (zucchini, sweet potatoes, onions), , season it and combine it with marinara sauce, grated zucchini (so the kids will never know it's there), a little spinach, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. This lasagna will melt in your mouth and truly please the whole family- it's very kid friendly.
