 A creamy yet light dill sauce compliments the flavors of the Wild caught AHI STEAKS that can be grilled or pan sauteed.  A very simple dish to cook but complex in flavor.  Serve over the included Fresh assorted seasonal vegetables that you roast or grill. (Sugar snap peas, asparagus, tri color carrots, green beans, broccoli florets, onions, evoo and fresh herbs, all organic of course and Best if not frozen!)
