Description:

OUR MOST POPULAR STEAK DISH!  VEGETABLES SHOULD NOT BE FROZEN. Melt in your mouth steak is grilled or broiled with a mild herb/pepper crust, then while it's still cooking, you will melt goat cheese on top so it gets infused into the steak.  You will top the whole delicious steak off with a homemade roasted red pepper and ancho chili salsa (you control the heat).   Serve with the included fresh vegetable kabobs- lemon herb marinated zucchini, summer squash, onions and mushrooms!  Please let us know if you wish to have vegan cheese in place of the goat cheese or just left off in the comments box when you order!
