This is an amazing dish everyone will love!  Wild caught salmon fillets topped with a mixture of mascarpone cheese and spinach, then topped with fresh breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, and baked until the top is crispy and the meat is juicy!  Serve with the fresh broccoli that you will roast in the oven!
