Another fabulous Indian dish from Healthy Creations! A favorite in Indian restaurants, chicken tikka masala is a very mild, creamy curry that appeals to just about everyone! Our juicy chicken breasts get marinated in yogurt and tikka spices, then cooked in a sauce of tomato sauce, cream, cumin and paprika- absolutely delicious! Serve over the brown rice included.

Ingredients- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, low-fat yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, cumin, tomato sauce, cream, butter, paprika, jalapeno, garam masala, cinnamon, ginger and garlic.
Cooking InstructionsChicken Tikka Masala
Thaw Completely. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium/high heat. Drain marinade from Chicken Breasts and cook 6 min, until chicken is mostly cooked through. Drain any juice in pan. Add tomato sauce mixture to chicken and cook on medium heat for 15 min, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened. Add cream or half & half to tomato mixture. Simmer on med heat for 5 more min. Serving Suggestion: Coconut rice or naan bread. HC Points: 9 with cream, 6.5 with half & half.
