This is a beautiful and rich tasting Thai inspired dish that is healthy, delicious and easy! Grill or bake the mahi steaks, then serve with the included, housemade coconut mango sauce and serve with the included thai style forbidden black rice (very high in antioxidants). Sauce is slightly sweet, tangy and can have a kick if you add the included serrano peppers (packaged separately so you can add as much or little as you want)
