This dish is impressive to say the least! The cubes of wahoo are seasoned with lemon pepper, garlic, olive oil and lemon zest all to bring out the seafood's natural flavors. At home you will skewer the seafood and veggies and grill or roast them, and top with our lemon caper vinaigrette dressing. Serve the entire impressive dish alongside the included pasta.

Thaw completely. To Grill: Put seafood on skewers, alternating halibut and shirmp. Heat grill on med/high. Grill skewers for 5 min, then turn and and cook for another 2 min. Stove-Top: Don't skewer fish. Heat a skillet on medium heat and cook fish for 8 min, stirring so it doesn't stick. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 min. Serve fish over pasta and pour sauce over top. Hc Points- 8
