Description:

 Feel like you are dining in Europe on this healthy and delicious meal.  Tiger shrimp are baked in a white wine sauce with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, and parmesan cheese.  Serve this easy dish over the whole wheat fusilli pasta we provide!!

Allergies- Gluten Free available.  Egg and soy free.  Contains dairy however soy and goat cheese are available as cheese substitutes and rice milk is available as a substitute for half and half.

Cooking Instructions

Mediterranean Chicken or Shrimp over Pasta
Thaw completely.  Pasta- Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes (8 min for Gluten Free), or until done. Drain pasta and put back into pot.  Chicken or Shrimp- Preheat oven to 350d. Pour bag of chicken/shrimp into a baking dish and bake for (15 min for shrimp), (20-25 min for chicken), or until chicken is cooked through. Cut chicken into cubes (or just add shrimp as they are) and add everything from baking dish and the bag of half & half/broth to pasta.  Heat on low for 5 min.  Serve.
