This is a beautiful and rich tasting Thai inspired dish that is healthy, delicious and easy!  Grill or bake the chicken breasts, then serve with the included, housemade coconut mango sauce and served with a side of sautéed sugar snap peas and carrots.   Sauce is slightly sweet, tangy and can have a kick if you add the included serrano peppers (packaged separately so you can add as much or little as you want)
