Description:

 FRESH BROCCOLI CANNOT BE FROZEN  An amazing, delicious and easy dish!  Walnuts, local raw honey, a touch of mustard, grass fed butter our wild salmon fillets.  Bake in the oven along with a side of broccoli roasted with garlic and finished with a touch of lemon.  A blend of sweet and savory flavors sure to please everyone!  WE CAN SUB BUTTER WITH EVOO OR COCONUT OIL.

Cooking Instructions

Sweet and Savory Walnut Salmon or Chicken w/ Quinoa
Thaw Completely. Spray a glass dish with oil.  Put salmon or chicken in baking dish, making sure to pour any juice from bag over salmon, or chicken.  Work butter/walnuts between your fingers to combine.  Spread walnuts/butter over salmon or chicken pieces. Salmon: Preheat oven to 400d . Bake for 14-16 min, or until salmon is desired doneness. Chicken: Preheat oven to 350d.  Bake for 27-35 min, or until chicken is no longer pink inside (check after 18 min to make sure walnuts are not getting too brown, if they are, cover with foil).  Quinoa- (already cooked) heat in a microwave or in a saucepan until warm.  If too dry, add 1-2 Tbls HOT water. HC Points: 11 for Salmon, 9 for Chicken, based on 3 servings for half, 6 for full.
