One of our most popular steak dishes! Take tender steak strips and marinate them in a tasty aji (peruvian pepper) marinade. Then grill or stir fry the steak and serve with a spicy and tangy peruvian roasted yellow pepper sauce. Delicious and something different! This dish is spicy (medium to hot in spice level), cannot be mild. Serve over the included brown rice.
