Description:

 One of our most popular steak dishes now available with shrimp instead! Take tender sweet shrimp and marinate them in a tasty aji (peruvian pepper) marinade.  Then grill or stir fry the shrimp and serve with a spicy and tangy peruvian roasted yellow pepper sauce.  Delicious and something different!  This dish is medium to hot in spice, cannot be mild.  Serve  with the included veggie kabobs (zucchini, yellow squash, onions, cherry toms).

Ingredients- flank steak, aji amarillo peppers, roasted yellow peppers, red wine vinegar, lime juice, cumin, tumeric and salt.
