Description:

FRESH VEGGIES ARE BEST IF NOT FROZEN. Our tender flat iron steak is seasoned with a blend of spices, then grilled and topped with a optional grass fed butter (can swap out with ghee, olive oil,  or coconut oil)  This is melt in your mouth good!  Comes with a side of FRESH asparagus, bell peppers and broccoli (great for grilling or roasting) and Paleo garlic aioli (best if not frozen)

 

Allergies- contains dairy.  Gluten, soy, corn and egg free.

Cooking Instructions

 Thaw meat completely. Let meat sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.  Blue Cheese Butter- work butter and cheese together between your fingers in the bag until mixed. Grill: Preheat grill to med/high heat.  Put steak on grill and grill for 4-6 min each side for medium doneness.  Stove-top: Heat skillet on med/high heat.  Cook steak 5-6 min each side, or until desired doneness.  Remove steaks, top with butter and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Cut against the grain to serve.  Asparagus (if ordered)- Preheat oven to 400d.  Put asparagus/cheese in an ovenproof container and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the asparagus is hot throughout.  Gouda Mashed Potatotes (if ordered)-  Put in ovenproof baking dish and cook at 375d for 18 min, or until thickened.  HC Points- 9pts, based on 3 servings for a half, 6 servings for a full
