Description:

Our tender sweet shrimp are marinated in a Paleo Jamaican jerk sauce using coconut aminos, then grilled or broiled and topped with our freshly made Paleo bbq sauce.  Delicious!  Comes with a side of fresh sweet potato mash and green beans!

 

Cooking Instructions


Jamaican Jerk Chicken or Pork
Keep waffle fries frozen.  Thaw meat completely.  Pork or Chicken: Oven: Preheat oven to 375d.   Put meat along with some marinade in a baking dish and bake for 30 min for chicken, 40-45 for pork, or until meat is no longer pink inside.  Grill: Preheat grill on medium heat. Place pork/chicken on grill and cook for 10-14 min per side, or until cooked through.  Serve meat drizzled with bbq sauce if desired.  Waffle Fries (if ordered)- heat oven 375.  Spread on baking sheet and bake 25-30 min, turning once. Mashed Potatoes (if ordered)-They may be watery from freezing- they will thicken. Preheat oven to 375d.  Pour into a baking dish and bake 15 minutes.  Stir and bake another 5-10 minutes, until the potatoes are hot and thickened.
