Description:

 An Italian inspired meatloaf full of ground turkey, roasted red peppers, basil and oregano, shredded zucchini, almond meal, egg, and topped with a zesty Paleo marinara sauce that bakes up in the pan it comes in and couldn't be easier!  So moist and delicious the whole family will enjoy this and the chef will enjoy the simplicity of it!  Comes with a side of "Paleo" sweet potato mash.  Dairy free, coconut oil, some coconut milk, pink salt and touch of black pepper. (can always sub  frozen broccoli)

Nutritionals are based on 4 servings for a half, 8 for a full 

Cooking Instructions

Italian or BBQ Cheddar Turkey or Lentil Meatloaf
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375d.  Cook meatloaf/meatloaves uncovered for 30-40 min, or until fully cooked through. Check periodically and if top starts to burn, put cover back on.  (you can cook at a higher temperature for a shorter period of time, just check top often to make sure it's not burning). Lentil Meatloaf- preheat oven to 375d.  Cook meatloaf/meatloaves uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until hot throughout.
